Floki Icelandic Young Malt 0.7l, alc. 47% by volume

In 2013, the Eimverk Distillery, located south of Reykjavik in Iceland, went into production. In the first few years, bottlings appeared that had already been stored in barrels, but had the necessary three years. Today, the young distillery, which uses 100% Icelandic barley for production, has an extensive range of different barrel types.

Floki Icelandic Young Malt matured in a single cask for an indefinite period. Bottled at 47 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Floral with freshly mown grass, hints of Earl Gray tea, barley malt, heather, delicately sweet.

Taste: Spicy with pepper, tea and some liquorice, emphasized grain with a hint of caramel and herbs.
