The Edradour distillery, once the smallest distillery in Scotland, has been under independent ownership again since 2002. Managed by Andrew Symington, the owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery truly has a luminary as its owner. Since he took over, a wide variety of bottlings have been regularly launched on the market. Edradour bottles single malts without peat smoke under its own name, as Ballechin with peat smoke.

Edradour 10 Jahre Ibisco Bourbon Decanter reifte von 2012 bis 2022 in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern. Abgefüllt mit kräftigen 59,6 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Zitrusnoten, süße Malzigkeit mit Kuchenteig, Äpfeln und trockener Eiche, floral.

Geschmack: Ausgeprägte Süße mit Karamell und Vanille, Nüssen und Malz, reife Äpfel.
