Edradour Distillery, once Scotland's smallest distillery, has been independently owned again since 2002. Run by Andrew Symington, owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery is truly a luminary owner. Since he took over, very diverse bottlings have come onto the market on a regular basis. Edradour bottles single malts under its own name without peat smoke, as a ballechin with peat smoke.

Edradour 10 Years Ibisco Bourbon Decanter matured in ex-bourbon casks from 2012 to 2022. Bottled with a strong 59.6 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: citrus notes, sweet maltiness with cake batter, apples and dry oak, floral.

Taste: Pronounced sweetness with caramel and vanilla, nuts and malt, ripe apples.
