“Alon” means “wave” in Tagalog – a homage to the nature of the Philippines and also a reference to the gentle, wave-like character of this special creation by Don Papa.

Aroma: Toasted coconut, tangy lime, grilled pineapple, exotic fruits such as papaya, mango and lychee, accompanied by jasmine blossoms, fresh vanilla and a hint of coconut milk.

Taste: Creamy coconut, ripe figs, demerara sugar and lime, followed by peach, mango, banana and a subtle chili spice.
