Don Papa Rum 7 Years Single Island is stored at the foot of the Mount Kanlaon volcano on the Philippine island of Negros in former Bourbon barrels and Rioja wine barrels before being perfected by the master blender.

Aroma: Aromatic citrus zest, mango and roasted hazelnuts. Plus sweet syrupy notes, vanilla and elegant spices.

Taste: Full-bodied and balanced on the tongue. Powerful fruit notes combine with vanilla cream and caramel. Plus subtle herbal notes and dry toasted oak.

Finish: Long-lasting, with remaining fruit notes, vanilla and dark toffee.
