Discarded Banana Peel Rum is a banana peel based rum. The Discarded range is all about reusing ingredients that are wasted or unused elsewhere.
Here the production takes place with Caribbean rum, which matured in whiskey barrels and is then poured over 2 weeks with banana peels.
Aroma: Intense notes of banana bread, syrup and cinnamon. Behind it nuances of butterscotch.
Taste: Balanced and sweet on the palate. Ripe bananas and caramel pudding are accompanied by fudge and milk chocolate raisins.
