Dimple Golden Selection matured for an undefined period in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Delicately sweet, mild spice note with hints of fruit and mocha.

Taste: Malt sugar and pear, floral, slightly sweet with robust grain and delicate oak.
