Deanston Virgin Oak matured for an undefined period in ex-bourbon casks before being matured in fresh oak casks (virgin oak). Bottled at 46.3% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Powdered sugar and pepper, malty with bacony notes and fresh oak.
Taste: Spicy with green apples, caramel and floral hints, bacony with fresh wood.
