Damoiseau Rhum Millésime 2009 is a strictly limited and rare bottling that was distilled in Guadeloupe in 2009 and then matured for at least seven years in former bourbon barrels. This rhum is a special cuvée made from a total of eleven barrels, each with a capacity of just 220 liters.
Nose : Cooked fruits, even reminiscent of a Tatin cake with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Palate: The attack is very round, very enveloping, in the mouth it remains very greedy, really generous. The spices are still there, especially the cinnamon, very present.
