Many Scottish distilleries produce exclusively for the blending industry and therefore do not have their own single malt whiskey in their range. The background to the so-called Flora & Fauna series is to create an original bottling from exactly such distilleries in order to make their specific character accessible to connoisseurs.

Dailuaine 16 year old comes from the Scottish Speyside and matured for 16 years in former sherry casks. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Clear note of sherry, hazelnuts, chocolate with hints of dark fruits.

Taste: Dark chocolate, nutmeg and grated hazelnuts, hints of dates and figs.
