Craigellachie 13 years Bas-Armagnac 0.7l, alc. 46 Vol.-%

Not far from the Speyside Cooperage, in the small town of Craigellachie, lies the distillery of the same name, which was founded in 1891 and translates as "rocky mountain". Unusually, the Craigellachie Distillery bottles its single malts with odd age statements. The whisky produced there is also one of the main ingredients in Dewar's Blends.

Craigellachie 13 years matured the entire time in oak barrels with a finish in Armagnac barrels.
Bottled with 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.

Aroma: Citrus, pineapple and light campfire aromas.

Taste: Strong, with notes of cinnamon, baked apples and caramel biscuits.
