Clonakilty Galley Head Bourbon Cask 0.7l, 40% ABV

"Clonakilty" refers to Irish whiskeys bottled by the distillery of the same name, located in the south of Ireland. The Scully family has been cultivating barley fields at the foot of the Galley Head Lighthouse for 8 generations. The warehouses, situated directly on the rugged coast, and the prevailing climate there give the whiskey a special character.

Clonakilty Galley Head Bourbon Cask is a fusion of Clonakilty Single Pot Still and Irish Grain Whiskey, matured in ex-Bourbon casks.

Aroma: Vanilla, caramel, fruit

Taste: Sweet, spicy oak, soft and creamy
