Founded in Northern Ireland in 1784, Old Bushmills Distillery is one of the oldest whiskey distilleries in the world and produces a triple distilled single malt whiskey. In the past, the distillery often advertised the year 1608 when James I, King of England and Ireland, granted a license to Sir Thomas Philipps to distill whiskey in Ireland's Antrim County. The first mention of the distillery itself dates back to 1743. The range of different Bushmills bottlings is extensive and popular with connoisseurs because of the mild taste.

Bushmills 21 Years Old first matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks and then received a post-maturation in Madeira casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Sweet with candied fruits and cinnamon, slightly spicy with aromatic oak and herbs.

Palate: Malt sugar, dark dried fruit with raisins and baked peaches, toffee and oak spice.
