Bunnahabhain 25 Jahre 0,7l, alc. 46,3 Vol.-%

Bunnahabhain was founded in 1881 by the Greenless brothers on the Scottish island of Islay and translates as "estuary". The distillery has one of the largest stills on the island and produces whisky both with and without smoke. With an approximate smoke content of 38 ppm, the peated bottlings are considered to be rather mildly smoky. These are very often found in the typical Bunnahabhain bottle, which is very dark in color under Gaelic names.

Aroma: Süßes Karamell mit kräftigem Sherry, gefolgt von Eiche und Leder. 

Geschmack: Cremig und süß, nach Beeren mit gerösteten Malznoten. Leichte Kräuternoten im Hintergrund.
