The company Gordon & MacPhail with over 100 years of history can count itself among the largest in the field of independent bottlers. From a gigantic stock of casks, G&M bottles, among other things, the oldest whiskeys in the world. These include single malts such as Mortlach 75 years and Glenlivet 80 years. Today the company is in the hands of the fourth generation of the Urquhart family and runs the Benromach distillery in Speyside, Scotland. Another distillery is currently under construction - the so-called Cairn Distillery.

Bunnahabhain 11 years from the Discovery series comes from the Scottish island of Islay and matured the entire time in former sherry casks. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol, without coloring.

Nose: Sweetness with vanilla and caramel, toasted grain, delicate sherry and light nuttiness.

Taste: Creamy sweetness, toffee, hints of dried dates, nuts and milk chocolate.
