Black Bottle Island Smoke 0,7l, alc. 46,3 Vol.-%

The Black Bottle brand was created by the Graham brothers in the early 20th century. The characteristic deep black glass bottle was designed by a German glass manufacturer at the time. Due to the First World War, however, the whisky was temporarily bottled in green bottles. Today, Black Bottle is once again marketed in its old design. The classic blend combines Islay malts with Highland, Speyside and Lowland whiskies, which are blended with mild grain whiskies.

Black Bottle Island Smoke consists partly of a whisky distilled in 1984 and is dedicated to the smoky and maritime characteristics of the Scottish islands. Bottled at a mild 40 % vol. alcohol.

Aroma: Maritime notes, spices with an underlying smoky note, delicate sweetness and a little oak.

Taste: Sweet and spicy in the mix, fresh notes, light smokiness with hints of salted caramel.
