Ardnamurchan AD/ Sherry Cask 2025 0.7l, alc. 50% by volume

The Ardnamurchan Distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and is considered one of the most remote distilleries in all of Scotland. It is named after the peninsula on which it sits. Construction began in 2013, and production started in 2014 using two wash stills and one spirit still. Ardnamurchan is owned by Adelphi Distillers Ltd., an independent bottler.

Aroma: Murray mint, beach bonfire, salted peanut ice cream, tomato stems and Brazil nuts, followed by sun-dried tomatoes, teriyaki-style dried beef, relish, and tamari. Very smooth.

Taste: Aromas of tarred rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, and old tractor shed give way to peanuts and sticky spare ribs. Red plums and cherries with chalk shavings and meaty accents.
