The idea for "Wildsau-Nuss" came to the boss when he was preparing a fine nut liqueur, which he found a bit too sweet.
He experimented with the product for a long time until the current recipe was in place. He increased the alcohol content and at the same time reduced the sugar content.
This is how this special nutty spirit with 35% vol was created from a liqueur.
