In the village of Abergwyngregyn in North Wales, the Aber Falls distillery is located by the waterfall of the same name and launched its first single malt whiskey in 2021. The building in which production takes place was a slate works in the 19th century, later a margarine factory. Today, the Aber Falls distillery produces gin and liqueurs in addition to whiskey.

But Falls 2021 Release matured for an undefined period in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, complemented by fresh American white oak casks (Virgin Oak). Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol, without dye.

Aroma: Mild and sweet, malty with delicate citrus fruit, spices and some fresh oak.

Taste: Mix of sweet and spicy with candies, pepper, oranges and zest, dry grain.
