Torabhaig Cnoc Na Moine 0.7l, alc. 46 Vol.-%

Torabhaig is the second distillery on the Scottish Isle of Skye, alongside Talisker. The distillery itself is housed in an old farmhouse that the owner, Mossburn Distillers, rebuilt. To honor the history of the place, stones from the nearby Camus castle ruins were used in the construction. The first single malt whisky was distilled in 2017.

Torabhaig Allt Gleann matured for an unspecified period of time in former ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez casks. Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Notes of orange peel, drying embers, muted peat smoke, vanilla and freshly sawn oak.

Taste: Peat smoke, pepper, balsamic, gentle spice, cedar and leather.
