Angus Dundee Distillers is a company that has decades of expertise in distilling, blending and bottling whiskeys. The company also operates two distilleries in Scotland: Tomintoul in the Speyside region and Glencadam in the Scottish Highlands.
The Double Peat matured in oak barrels for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.
Aroma: Herbal peat smoke with hints of brown sugar, dark berries and oak.
Taste: Hints of caramel and herbs, slightly ashy smoke with a spicy edge and blackberries.
