Proclamation Irish Whiskey first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in sherry casks. Bottled at 40.7% ABV. Alcohol.
Aroma: Sweet and grainy with mild fruitiness, toasted notes and citrus, some oak.
Palate: Sweet with toffee and vanilla, nut chocolate and grain, slightly dry oak.
