American Hiram Walker founded his first distillery in 1860. He branded his name by having "Hieram Walker" printed on his casks and bottles. Walker's whiskey was particularly popular in clubs, which is why he added the name "Club" to his products. In the 1880s, Walker expanded the United States, but American whiskey producers forced him to label his products with the designation "Canadian".

Pike Creek 10 years first matured in oak casks and then received a post-maturation in rum casks. Bottled at 42% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Emphasized cereals with light fruit notes, roasted nuts and creamy sweetness.

Taste: Sweet with toffee, green apples, ginger and spices, tart oak note.
