Penderyn Faraday first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received post-maturation in port wine casks. Bottled at 46% ABV. Alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.
Aroma: Fresh and floral with herbs, hints of red fruits, spices and some oak.
Taste: Floral and sweet with forest honey, cranberries and citrus, spicy oak, straw.
