Paul John is an excellent Indian single malt whisky. The John Distilleries Ltd (JDL) distillery is located in the Goa region on the west coast of India. Goa's tropical climate massively accelerates the barrel maturation of Paul John's whisky.
Paul John Brilliance matured for an unspecified period of time in former bourbon barrels.
Bottled with 46% vol. alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Fresh wood, chocolatey sweetness with mild spices, ripe fruit notes and a little honey.
Taste: Sugary-sweet, a little pepper, fruity with oranges and orange peel, chocolaty oak.
