Kavalan Single Malt 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

Founded in 1956, King Car Group is an influential company in Taiwan's food industry. After Taiwan joined the World Trade Organization WTO in 2002 and the state monopoly on spirits fell, TT Lee, owner and founder of the King Car Group, fulfilled a dream by building a whiskey distillery. Construction began in April 2006, and nine months later production of the Kavalan single malt whiskey.

Kavalan Single Malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and wine casks for an undefined period of time. Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol, without coloring.

Aroma: Grainy and creamy sweet with notes of tropical fruit, citrus and some oak.

Taste: Sweet with honey and vanilla, hints of mango and ripe pears, lemon zest.
