Jura Rum Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

Established in 1810, Jura Distillery is located in the only town on the island of the same name, Craighead. The distillery is sixty miles from the Scottish coast but despite the inaccessibility has managed to steadily increase production volumes and sell their single malt all over the world. Many visitors to the neighboring island of Islay take the opportunity to cross over to Jura during their visit.

Jura Rum Cask Finish first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in rum casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Malty with hints of yeast and earthy notes, sugary sweetness, some oak.

Taste: Sweet with brown sugar and caramel, pithy grain, fruity with light grapes.
