Isle of Raasay Unpeated Chinkapin Oak 0.7l, alc. 62.2 Vol.-%

Opened in 2017, Raasay Distillery is the first legal distillery on the Scottish island of the same name. In cooperation with local small farmers, the distillery grows its own barley on site. Local peat is used to dry them. Raasay strives to further increase these collaborations to produce a 100% local single malt whiskey from this island.

Isle of Raasay Chinkapin Oak Cask Unpeated matured in a single Chinkapin oak cask (Virgin Oak, #19/86) for an undefined period of time . Bottled with a strong 62.2 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.
