Glenfiddich 21 years Gran Reserva Rum Cask 0.7l alc. 40 Vol.-%

The Glenfiddich distillery was built between 1886 and 1887 by William Grant and began production on Christmas Day 1887. In 1892 the founder took a break from managing Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie Distillery, also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963, the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also launched the first official single malt whiskey ever.

Glenfiddich 21 years first matured in oak casks and then received a post-maturation in rum casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Floral and fresh with a distinctive sweetness, hints of dried fruit, leather and oak.

Taste: Mixture of sweetness and spice with vanilla and pepper, ginger, ripe citrus fruits, figs, spicy oak.
