Glenfiddich 12 years 0.7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

The Glenfiddich distillery was built between 1886 and 1887 by William Grant and began production on Christmas Day 1887. In 1892 the founder took a break from managing Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie Distillery, also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963 the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also brought the first official single malt whiskey onto the market.

Glenfiddich 12 Years matured the entire time in a combination of former bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled with a mild 40% vol. Alcohol.

Aroma: Sweet with barley malt, apple and pear, some honey and slightly dry oak.

Taste: Sweetness and spice mixed with caramel and vanilla, fruity, some oak.
