An association under the leadership of James Allardice founded the Glendronach distillery in the Scottish town of Huntly in 1826. Most recently under the leadership of Billy Walker, the distillery first became an insider tip and later an iconic brand. Glendronach's single malts, which are matured entirely in Spanish sherry casks, are particularly popular.

Glendronach 15 Jahre reifte die komplette Zeit in Spanische Eichenfässer Pedro Ximénez und Oloroso Sherryfässer . Abgefüllt mit 46 % vol. Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff.

Aroma: Kirsche, Brombeere und Schokoladenminze mit Anklängen von Orange und Walnuss. 

Geschmack: Honigaprikose, Feige und Schwarzkirsche, verfeinert mit Muscovado.
