Glen Moray Peated 0.7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

Founded in 1897, Glen Moray Distillery is to the west of the town of Elgin. Located on the banks of the River Lossie, the origins of the building in which the distillery produces can be traced back to a brewery. Glen Moray means something like "Valley of the Settlement by the Lake". The distillery is known for its single malts, which matured and then matured in a wide variety of cask types.

Glen Moray Peated is made from smoky barley malt and aged in ex-bourbon casks for an unspecified amount of time. Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Grassy and fresh with cereals, delicate sweetness, hints of fruit and some smoke.

Taste: Green apples and malt, light powdered sugar sweetness with some leather and a hint of peat smoke.
