Edradour 10 years 0.7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

Edradour Distillery, once Scotland's smallest distillery, has been independently owned again since 2002. Run by Andrew Symington, owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery is truly a luminary owner. Since he took over, very diverse bottlings have come onto the market on a regular basis. Edradour bottles single malts under its own name without peat smoke, as a ballechin with peat smoke.

Edradour 10 years first matured in former bourbon casks and then received a post-maturation in sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol, without coloring.

Aroma: Sweet and fruity with candied apples, roasted cereals and a delicate nuttiness.

Taste: Balance of sweetness and spice, ripe apples, rich malt and slightly dry oak.
