Daftmill Farm in the Scottish Lowlands is all about growing malting barley, raising beef cattle and vegetables. The Cuthbert family has also been producing single malt whiskey since 2005, and it was only after 12 years that the long-awaited first bottling was launched. Daftmill only burns in the off-season (June and July and in winter), when there is no need to plant potatoes or sow barley.

Daftmill 15 Years Old matured in ex-bourbon casks from 2006 to 2022. Bottled at a strong 55.7% ABV. Alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Grainy and sweet with bitter oranges and slightly dry oak, delicately floral.

Taste: Sweet and sour with grapefruit and hints of ripe apples, sweet with malt sugar and oak.
