Benriach 10 years The Original Ten 0,7l, alc. 43 Vol.-%

The Benriach distillery was founded in 1898 between the towns of Elgin and Rothes. The distillery is characterized by its willingness to experiment - both with the malt and the casks. Benriach produces - rather atypically for Speyside - heavily smoky single malt whisky in places and matures it in a variety of different pre-seasoned casks in addition to without peat smoke.

Benriach 10 Year Old The Original Ten matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and fresh oak casks (virgin oak). Bottled at 43% alcohol by volume, without colorant and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Grassy and fresh with dry oak notes, some spices and sweetness, light fruits.

Taste: Fruity with pears and apples, slightly nutty with powdered sugar and a little pepper.
