The Ole Smoky brand was created as a homage to the so-called moonshine and is based in the American state of Tennessee. In the USA, various spirits are referred to as "Moonshine", most of which were distilled illegally during Prohibition. This was often done in rural areas with home-made stills. The resulting moonshine was often filled into jam or preserving jars. The Ole Smoky brand takes up this tradition.

Aroma: Sweet and creamy with toffee and caramel, hints of grain, some clove, wood.
Palate: Sweet, toffee and hints of fruit, delicate oak with a pinch of salt.
