Built in 1935, the Early Times Distillery is the largest distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Two different bourbon whiskeys are produced here today: Old Forester, which got its name from the Forester Distillery, which was not far away, and Early Times, whose name the distillery also bears.

Old Forester 86 Proof matured in fresh American white oak barrels (Virgin Oak) for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 43% vol. Alcohol, without coloring.

Aroma: Spicy and earthy notes, delicately fruity with hints of herbs and dry oak.

Taste: Spicy with clove and some caraway, fruity and delicately sweet, licorice and dry wood.
