Elijah Craig Small Batch 0.7l, alc. 47% by volume

Heaven Hill Distillery was founded in 1935, shortly after Prohibition was repealed, by Joseph L. Beam and a member of the Shapira family. After the company developed positively in the following years, the five Shapira brothers bought up the shares of the other investors. Only Joe Beam stayed with his youngest son Harry as Master Distiller. All of the people who held this position at Heaven Holl were members of the Beam family. The distillery is still owned by the Shapira family and produces a variety of whiskey styles.

Elijah Craig Small Batch matured in fresh American white oak barrels (Virgin Oak) for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 47 vol. % alcohol, without coloring.

Aroma: Mixture of spice and sweetness with delicate toasted notes and citrus, dry oak.

Taste: Sweet with toffee, spicy with cloves, orange and mild oak.
