Slyrs Malt Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whiskey since 1999. In the beginning, the Lantenhammer distillery housed the production, from 2007 in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of the Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent company, which is now known beyond the German borders with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Malt Whiskey matured for an undefined period in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, supplemented by fresh American white oak casks (Virgin Oak). Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol, without coloring.

Aroma: Fresh and grassy with citrus and light fruit notes, some sulfur and delicate oak.

Taste: Sweet and sour with citrus and pears, malty sweetness, delicate spiciness. some wood and herbs.
