Torabhaig Sound of Sleat 0.7l, alc. 46% vol.

Torabhaig is the second distillery on the Scottish Isle of Skye, alongside Talisker. The distillery itself is housed in an old farmhouse, which was rebuilt by the owner, Mossburn Distillers. To honor the site's history, stones from the nearby Camus Castle ruins were used in the construction. The first single malt whisky was distilled in 2017.

Torabhaig Allt Gleann matured for an unspecified period in American oak casks (Quercus Alba). Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume, without coloring and without chill filtering.

Aroma: Sweet pipe tobacco, notes of orange, apricot, and seaweed. Then follow honey, vanilla, and fruit candy.

Palate: Slightly spicy with oak notes and sweet campfire smoke. Vanilla, honey, and brine, with hints of white pepper, seaweed, and marmalade.
