Made from fermented grape must fortified with wine alcohol to 18%. Aged in barrels in the solera for 5 years without flor yeast. Light mahogany color.
The scent clearly shows roasted nuts, ripe apricots and oranges. Amazingly lively on the palate with a fresh acidity and flavors of walnuts, creme brulee and candied pineapple.
Goes well with roast wild boar and with a platter of mature hard cheeses made from raw milk.
