Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 0.7l, alc. 45.8 Vol.-%

The Talisker distillery was established in 1831 on the Scottish Isle of Skye. The name derives from the Talisker House estate, a few miles west in the mountains. After a fire in 1960 that almost destroyed the entire distillery, Talisker was rebuilt true to the original a few years later. Skye's stunning scenery attracts countless tourists to the distillery every year, many of whom delight in the distillery's peppery, smoky single malt.

Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 first matured in oak casks and then received a post-maturation in Amoroso sherry casks. Bottled at 45.8 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Chocolaty with hints of green and purple grapes, delicate smoke and slightly dry oak.

Taste: Mixture of caramel and pepper, roasted barley malt, light dried fruits and mild peat smoke.
