Bottled at 48% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.
Aroma: Cedarwood and cigar box, with butterscotch, mocha and orange peel, with a hint of honey and plum jam.
Palate: Rich dark chocolate, smoked honey and mocha, followed by fig syrup, beet syrup and burnt sugar, with a hint of peat smoke on the finish.
