Lochlea Harvest Edition Second Crop 0.7l, alc. 46 Vol.%

The Lochlea Distillery has been producing single malt whiskey in the Scottish Lowlands since 2018. The barley used for production is grown and harvested in our own fields. The Scottish national poet Robert Burns lived on the property from 1777 to 1784 and supported the family in their daily business. Lochlea Distillery Manager is John Campbell, who was poached from Laphroaig.

Lochlea Harvest Edition matured for an undefined period of time in a combination of former port casks, STR barriques and first fill bourbon casks.
Bottled at 46% vol. Alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.

Aroma: Ripe red grapes, jam and dates.

Taste: Pink peppercorns, dried fruits.
