Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition 2024 0.7l, alc. 50% by volume

When the Kilchoman distillery opened in 2005, it was the first new distillery on the Scottish island of Islay in 124 years. At Kilchoman, a relatively high value is placed on regionality and craftsmanship. The barley used in production is partly grown near the distillery and kilned on the company's own malt floors. The distillery's single malts delight fans of smoky whisky all over the world, which means that Kilchoman is expanding bit by bit.

Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition 2024 matured for 9 years in former bourbon barrels. Bottled with a strong 50% alcohol by volume, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Fresh, with a subtle citrus note, then orange peel, tropical sweetness and campfire smoke.

Taste: Caramelized sugar, vanilla peat smoke, fresh ginger and pineapple sweetness.
