Jura The Loch Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 44.5% by volume

Established in 1810, Jura Distillery is located in the only town on the island of the same name, Craighead. The distillery is sixty miles from the Scottish coast but despite the inaccessibility has managed to steadily increase production volumes and sell their single malt all over the world. Many visitors to the neighboring island of Islay take the opportunity to cross over to Jura during their visit.

Jura The Loch first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in sherry casks. Bottled at 44.5% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Syrup-like sweetness, ripe fruit notes with compote, hints of dark dried fruit, peppery.

Taste: Baked apple and cinnamon, dark fruits with vanilla and caramel, aromatic note of sherry.
