Select barrels from inland and coastal distilleries are carefully selected at the peak of maturation for their unique umami profile.

Aroma: Lingering scents of juicy apples, sugary sweetness, combined with salted nuts and a pleasant spice

Taste: The start is dominated by apples and peaches, which turn into red berries and blood oranges, followed by a light oak spice, some smoked meat, salt and pepper.
