GlenWyvis 2019/2023 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 46.5% vol.

A total of 3,600 supporters revived the distillery tradition of the GlenWyvis Distillery in the town of Dingwall near Inverness. The whiskey distillery is jointly owned through the record-breaking crowdfunding project and relies on renewable energy for production. It is completely independent of the electricity grid, uses local barley and a long fermentation in traditional copper stills.

GlenWyvis 2019/2023 matured for an undefined time in a combination of First Fill Bourbon Casks (68%), Refill Whiskey Hogsheads (15%), First Fill Red Wine, Moscatel and Marsala Casks (17%). Bottled with a strong 46.5% vol. Alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.

Taste: Black fruits and spices, floral notes of citrus fruits, wrapped in a balanced and pleasant sweetness.
