Glencadam American Oak Reserve 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

The Glencadam Distillery was founded in 1825 in the Scottish Highlands and has undergone countless changes of ownership over the years. Before the distillery was acquired by its current owner, Glencadam produced heavily for the blending industry. Today, however, the focus is on marketing its own single malts.

Glencadam American Oak Reserve was first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an unspecified period. Bottled at 40% ABV, without coloring and without chill-filtering.

Aroma: Vanilla and sweet buttercream with fruity hints of fruit and raisins.

Taste: Grapes, apple blossom, acacia honey with roasted chestnuts and accents of mocha and lemon bark.
