Glenallachie 2011 Single Cask 0.7l, alc. 55.9% vol.

Founded only in 1967, the Glenallachie Distillery is one of the younger distilleries in Scotland. Located just outside the town of Aberlour, the distillery was originally built for mass production for the blending industry. Since being acquired by a group of investors in 2017, the focus has shifted to its own single malts. These are matured and finished in a variety of different cask types. Glenallachie translates as "valley of stones."

in a Ruby Port Pipe with cask number 7438.
765 bottles were filled with a strong 55.9% alcohol by volume,
without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Red berries, pickled honeycomb and caramel, with notes of mocha, strawberry sauce and lokum (Turkish sweet made from syrup)

Taste: Strong chocolate, heather honey and currant cake, followed by cinnamon, toffee and ginger spice
