The Glen Moray Distillery, founded in 1897, is located to the west of the town of Elgin. Situated on the banks of the River Lossie, the origins of the building in which the distillery produces can be traced back to a brewery. Glen Moray translates as "valley of the settlement by the lake". The distillery is known for its single malts, which are matured and matured in a wide variety of cask types.

Glen Moray 12 years matured the entire time in ex-bourbon casks, bottled at a mild 40% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Sweet malt note with delicate fruitiness, grassy, with a slightly dry oak note.

Taste: Green apples and a little vanilla, cereal with a delicate spiciness and a little wood.
